You can actually write it though. When you go the character manager and open your charachter. You can go to the Bio tab which is all the way on the right in the bottom menu (you might need to scroll).
There you have sections for bonds, flaws and notes.
The notes field can be used for the backstory. Or would you like an additional field?

Correct indeed, but please download the additional content from the "official content" thread on the forum. Then you can get most of the information you require. Some things are indeed completely forbidden by WOTC, like the mindflayer and some other copyrighted creatures.

This is a keyboard issue on Android, try to first go to a text field on another screen and then go back to the manage class section.
That way you should be able to enter something again in the class field.
Multi classing is supported.

Just go to the skills page (the hand symbol).
There you can add "ranks" or "miscelanious bonusses" to change the skill totals.
You can also specify that you are proficient in a certain skill (adding your prof bonus) and add custom skills with the "add skill" button on top.
