I have a problem downloading the APP to my I-pad, I'm up to date on my I-pad at version 9.3(5) I think this is the version, regardless my updates says I'm at newest update. Everytime I go to download it says it can't download until I update to 10.0 update ver. No such version to my knowledge. What ...
