Character Manager not Unlocking

Hello, all! Not sure if this is where to put this, but hopwing for some quick help. I just downloaded this after (again) forgetting my PHB for a game. I've successfully downloaded the 5e reference material and am white pleased with it. Iam also pretty excited about having my character sheets with me on my phone, so I unlocked the character management option. However, nothing changed in the app. I still have ads and I have found no way to create or manage characters. Every time I go to create content (the closest thing I could find to create character) it opens a browser for creating custom classes, races, etc. From this page I navigated to a character creation and made a test character, but I still cannot see it in the app. Am I doing something wrong here??

It seams like the app did not recognise that the purchase was successful.
Please try to reboot your device and open the app again. It should have the character manager button unlocked.
