Restore my purchases?

I bought the dms tools and character manager some time ago but now it's asking me to buy them again. I don't think it's fair to make me buy it twice. Is there a way to "log in" or something. It's possible i bought them back on my old i phone. That shouldn't matter though even though I now have an android phone I shouldn't need to buy this stuff again. Please help me figure this stuff out.
