So its outta the home brewery, is this why i can't find it? Or has it not been added? Or am I just a big ol fool?

Should be in the Official content part of the forum, but some of the homebrew stuff is not there.
You can easily add it yourself though with the content creator ;)

The Wizard: Artificer archetype, Artificer class, and Artificer: Alchemist archetype are all there somewhere.

Edit: the Artificer and its subclasses are at the bottom of page 5.
