Define item special properties please

My group is just starting out in 5e and don't have all the terms memorized yet. It would be really helpful if items with special properties had a description for those special properties.

For example longswords have the versatile property. Versatile means if you use two hands you will deal the bracketed damage. We had to look this up outside of the app when it could be easily put in the item description.
