DM tools/campaign: formatting notes

Hi,
I've just discovered this app and it looks a great help to run my first campaign. I'm trying to use the 'campaign' section of the DM-tools and find that my notes won't stay formatted.
While adding, pasting or editing my notes everything is fine. There seems not to be a safe button and if I use 'done' and 'add' my formatting is gone and everything has become one big textblok.
Am I missing something?
FYI: I pasted the text from word and working on an Ipad.

I'm have a similar problem under the character Manager. Alignment, Current XP, Traits, Bonds, Flaws, and Notes fields will not retain the data typed in them. Once I go to another tab or back out. The fields revert to being empty.
