Purchased character saver from app and it does not work

Dowloaded the app, and paid for the character saver. The adding of spells, equipment, and skills does not work; get an error message if you try to access. Please let me know what to do to fix, or refund the money for the non-working app.

Sorry to hear you have some problems with the character manager. When exactly does the app crash?
We released a new version today that may solve your issue, could you try again after the update?
