how long do purchases last for?

I purchased the character manager and DM tools about a year or two ago and just recently the app suddenly says that I need to purchase them to use them. Is there a mistake or was the purchase only good for a certain amount of time?

Did you perhaps switch account on your device?

The purchases are life-time, in case you have an issue please make sure you install the app with the correct account selected in the Google Playstore.
You can try re-installing the app or just click the locked item and it might unlock by itself.
As a last fix you can send me your purchase receipt and I can provide you a refund, send it to info@vansteinengroentjes.nl
