Can't open downloaded files

I downloaded some content from the forums and they do have the .dd35 extension, but whenever I try to open them, my tab says that I don't have an app that can open the file (screenshot attached). I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) if that's any help

Dear user,

Try to open the file from another app, like directly from an email client the browser or from a filebrowser app such as Astro.
For which app do you have this issue? The 5e or the 3.5?

Yeah I'm opening the download links and nothing is happening. : /
