You can fill in the background story etc in the notes sections at the bottom of the character sheet in-app.
Not all pdf fields are filled in though when you want to print it. I personally just use it in the app and not on paper.

Burning hands is a level 1 wizard and sorcerer spell, so if you only search for level 0 spells= cantrips you can't find it.
