I'm trying to import the All Content file into the app, but when I try to open the file I get a message that no app supports .dd5 files. When I select "Open in app," the app launches and shows a download progress bar at 0% for a few seconds, then crashes. Any ideas for how I can remedy this?

Edit: I'm on Android

Dear Craynium,

Please check that the app has Storage permissions. What Android version are you using?

I'm able to import content now; I found out that if I tap the download notification (instead of opening the file in my downloads folder) it works, and since then I haven't had any problems with "open in app" either. I'm not sure what was going wrong, but I can't reproduce it anymore. Thanks for the willingness to help!
