I can't find

I downloaded all the files I could find but I can't find them on app

When you download them to your phone, you have to open the downloaded file with the D&D app.
You can do this by clicking the file (using a file manager for example astro) and then selecting the D&D app from the list.
if it says import succesful, you added the file to the app. Android < 3.0 is unfortunately not supported with this feature.
