Can't get this to download on my phone?
Dear Peyton Smith,
Try to download the file and open it using a filebrowser such as Astro, you should get a popup asking wich app to use for opening the file.
Or it should immediately open the d20 complete reference app.
Could you tell what you try to open the file, and what does not work?
