How do you make backgrounds?

I am new to this app and want to make a custom background for my wizard. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can create backgrounds in the content creator by creating a class and choosing "background" as the type.

I (mis)used classes to store the backgrounds, sorry for the confusion.
