Unfortunately yes, the Apple and Google play systems are in no easy way connected with each other so we cannot transfer the purchases between the platforms.
We can provide you a refund if you switch to ios or Android but then you lose the functionality in your previous device.

Never mind. I figured it out. You have to open your profile from your app and hit the download button and save over what is on your app. Thank you all the help.
