i am making my first campaign
one of the first encounters my "heros" will encounter a servant of a corrupt aristocrat
he will have a mule and cart
in your experienced opinion does the NPC need to have ranks in animal handling or ride to drive a cart ?
only 1 or more? I want to not have to make ride checks on his getaway so he can spread the word of the misdeeds of these ruffians to his boss
but that could be fun to have him fail and fall out on the cart and beg for leiniancy
what do you think
