Reset the database

OK so my problem is, how do I reset the database?
Basically delete all entries other than whatever comes standard with the app.
Also is there a way to delete particular entries?

To reset the database and only have the standard items, just de-install the app and install it again.
To delete particular entries, go to the entry and press delete (this is only possible for downloaded entries).
