I bought the character manager on my android, do I have to pay for it on my iPhone too, to use the same features?

Unfortunately yes, the Apple and Google play systems are in no easy way connected with each other so we cannot transfer the purchases between the platforms.
We can provide you a refund if you switch to ios or Android but then you lose the functionality in your previous device.

Never mind. I figured it out. You have to open your profile from your app and hit the download button and save over what is on your app. Thank you all the help.
