Topic: content will not download

Hello all! Brand new to the app and i am trying to download all the content so i can to make the app the best it can be. Unfortunately, everytime i start a download it will just say it is unsuccessful... Any advice as to what this could be? I am running the app on my LG tablet android v5.01

Please try a different browser, I know of this issue but I cannot reproduce it myself so it is hard to solve.

Are you having problems with in app purchase too? I can't make a purchase. It keeps telling me error try again later

I have a problem downloading the APP to my I-pad, I'm up to date on my I-pad at version 9.3(5) I think this is the version, regardless my updates says I'm at newest update. Everytime I go to download it says it can't download until I update to 10.0 update ver. No such version to my knowledge. What can I do?
