I ported a race conversion for 5e that looked pretty spiffy, originally made by u/CameronWoof on Reddit, so almost all of the credit goes to him. The original PDF is available through the link below.

All current playable races are included, up to Pandaren, and there are even subclasses and traits for several of them.
