No offense but you have a disconnect between the website and the app.   If you save on the website, it won't reflect on the app.  The only two ways you can get this on the app is 1)delete the character and then sync your app. 2) open up the web browser on your phone and then download the character file on your phone and then open it and then it will overwrite the character in the app. 

My phone has a problem of syncing characters.  It will most often create two entries for one.

Oh yes I tried to level up my character on the website and levels would not show up on my phone.  So far I give your app a B-

Also, you should have a drop down menu for feats in the app.
