Thank you for sharing this nice idea, could you perhaps also create a file using the content creator (see the link on top of the page). With those files people can immediately load it into the app.

You are very welcome to make and share them!

You can use the content creator (see links in the menu). And post the files here.

Thank you!

You can long press an item in the list view. This will activate the multi-select mode and you can then press the delete icon on the top.

Also, to reset the content of the app, just go to settings-apps- complete reference - storage and press clear data. Be aware, this also removes all characters and other self made data.

You can easily add it yourself smile

This kind of information should be in the rules section of the app.

You can delete multiple records by long clicking in the lists. We do not support deleting the entire database. You can always reset to the initial database by removing the data from the app (settings->apps->complete reference->clear data)

You can for sure make them, just use the online content creator.

Hi, glad you already solved it.
Emailing the files to yourself usually also works, and then open the files from the email app.

Thank you for the feedback, it should indeed not reset the ordering.
We will look into it asap.

Hi there!

Thanks for sharing some ideas.
Could you use the online content creator (see link above) to create the custom content and then upload the file?
That way other people can easily import it into the app.

Yes there is, just long click on an item in the list view and you can select and delete many at once.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to transfer in app purchases from Android to iOS or vice versa, sorry.

I can't seem to figure out how to get downloaded content onto the app. I can find something on the forum and click the open in app button but I can't find the files on my phone to bring a downloaded file into the same folder. So if I make my own content and download the resulting .dd5 file, I have nowhere to put it and it doesn't show up in the app. How do you get it to work?

Depending a bit if you are on Android or iOS

For Android:
You can click the .dd5 file in your download folder on the phone and it should either show a popup with the app as one of the options to open it with or open it directly with the app and import the content.
If that does not happen you can try a few work arounds that have worked in the past.
1. Open the file using a file browser app (Astro for example)
2. Open the file from an email app (email to yourself)

For iOS:
This is a bit annoying, but iOS does not allow the file system to be used for downloads. So you need to use Dropbox or another third party cloud storage. Put the file in Dropbox (or drive etc), then go to the file on your device and select "open with" and choose the app.

Hi facemat,

It could be that some of the content is a bit hidden in the official content part of the forum. Not sure where the backgrounds are located that you mention, but it should be somewhere in that thread.

The warlocks "fiend" is the only patron with a description. There is no description of "The Great Old One" and the "Archfey" in the class section of the app.

That is correct and on purpose.
The other subclasses can be downloaded from the content section here. The Fiend is the only SRD5 option (open game content) that we can publish directly with the app.

Some devices have difficulty seeing the file extension, you can solve this in a couple of ways:

- Try a file browser app, (like Astro) and open the file using that app.
- Try to send the file via mail to your email app and open it from there.

Thanks for the feedback!
Automatic calculation for all kinds of items and magical effects is unfortunately not simple, we try to automate as much as possible.
We will look into the saving throw bug at once, which device are you using? iOS or Android?

You can also directly mail us at info@vansteinengroentjes.nl if you like.
